Run For Your Life

It is freezing up there and down here on the bottom of this land it has been 110.12 in frightening Fahrenheit already this summer.
'Run for your life' is an apt title for life these days; at least for some of us in this world. But the Year of the Horse is supposed to be good for us, so let's hope. Happy New Year up there from down here.

Happy New Year to down there from up here! 110 degrees is difficult to imagine, seeing as it will continue to be well below zero in Maine for the foreseeable future. Mop your brown and drink some lemonade for me.

That should be "brow." "Brown" does add an interesting something-or-other, however.

In some parts of this brown land the temperatures tomorrow will be around the 119 F mark. (You used the right words Dawn —both brow and brown)
Cattle will die and scrub will burn and wild-life will run for their lives but will die a horrible death. And 'they' say there's no climate change. Sorry about this.
